ACCESS OUTSIDE OPENING HOURS
Our services can be used outside opening hours by registered customers who have reached the age of 18 and registered young people and children under the age of 18 accompanied by an adult.
Children under 5 can climb for free 24/7 when accompanied by a parent with a card.
Access applies to 3-month, 6-month and 12-month members and those with a 10xPREMIUM card.

The key link will be sent as an SMS message.
We will activate the key link within 24 hours.
Attached are instructions for using the key link.
THE DOOR OPENS WITH THE KEY LINK in the SMS message, the PIN code will be sent by email.
You will receive a link, by clicking on which you can open the door outside opening hours.
Place the link on your smartphone's desktop/home screen.
In case of a problem, send a message to the same number where you received the key link.
The link works 24/7.
THE KEY LINK IS PERSONAL
Only the key holder is allowed to enter the door.
The key link must not be given to others, and the door must not be opened with the link for someone else.
NOTE. If you arrive in a group where everyone has 24/7 access. Everyone must activate their own key link.

Lights on/off.
Front door closed.
CLIMBING IS A DANGEROUS SPORT
Climbing involves a serious risk of injury.
Failure to follow safety instructions and rules can endanger your safety and that of your fellow climbers.

Allowed.
BOOKING CALENDAR
The booking calendar shows groups, junior groups, courses, etc.
Mondays and Tuesdays are usually route-making days, i.e. from about 9 am to 3 pm one profile is out of use and the noise level is higher.
Closures due to construction work, competitions, etc. are included in the price.

Unfortunately, music is not allowed outside opening hours.
ADDITIONAL TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
The customer commits to a (3 month/6 month/12 month) membership with the service provider (Jyväskylän Boulderpaja Oy).
Freezing
The customer can freeze their membership for at least one (1) month based on a medical certificate.
The medical certificate must be presented immediately after an accident.
Periods will not be refunded retroactively.
Termination of the contract
The customer may terminate the contract under the following conditions.
The notice period of the contract is 1 month on the customer's side.
The service provider may terminate the contract immediately if the customer neglects the terms of the contract.
The customer must notify the termination in writing (email is considered written notification).
Otherwise, the notice period on the service provider's side is 1 month.
Paid periods will not be refunded.
