What is bouldering?
Bouldering is a sport that involves climbing low walls without ropes or harnesses. The climbing is done on soft mats, making the sport safe and accessible to all levels of climbers.
Bouldering develops strength, mobility and problem-solving skills, as each route, or "boulder", is like a small puzzle that is solved by the cooperation of body and mind. The sport is suitable for both solo and group training, and its community aspect is one of the best aspects of bouldering.
